一、学科概况(Disciplines Instruction)

矿业工程是学校历史最悠久的优势学科,为辽宁省首批“双一流”建设学科,先后获批国家第二类特色专业、辽宁省矿业工程专业紧缺人才培养基地和辽宁省示范性专业,拥有煤炭资源安全开采与洁净利用工程中心、煤矿虚拟仿真实验教学中心、重点实验室等7个省级科研平台。1993年获博士学位授予权,1999年获批设立博士后科研流动站,2003年获矿业工程一级学科博士学位授予权。

Mining engineering is one of the dominant discipline with long history in Liaoning Technical University. As the “Double First-Class” disciplines in Liaoning Province, it has been authorized to be National Second Category Specialty, Liaoning Mining Engineering Training Base andexemplarydisciplines in provincial level. It has 7 provincial-level scientific research platforms, such as, Coal Resource Safety Mining and Clean Utilization Engineering Center, Coal Mine Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center and Key Laboratory. In 1993, it was authorized to grant. In 1999, it was authorized to set up Post-doctoral Scientific Research Station. It was authorized to grant doctoral degree for the first level discipline of Mining Engineering in 2003.

学科现有博士生导师39人,拥有国家安全生产专家、国家“653”工程首席专家、国家煤炭工业专家等学术造诣较深的学术带头人和结构合理的学术梯队,重点围绕矿井开采理论及技术、露天开采理论与技术、矿山压力与岩层控制、矿山安全与灾害防控、矿山环境工程和矿物资源加工与利用等方向开展研究工作,在矿井动力灾害防控、露天开采、矿井火灾防控等领域具有突出优势和鲜明特色。近5年,先后主持完成了国家科技攻关项目、国家自然科学基金、“863计划”、“973计划”等国家重大科研计划项目21项,其中获得国家科技进步二等奖2项、国家教学成果二等奖1项、省部级科技进步奖23项、辽宁省教学成果奖6项;培养博、硕士及留学生研究生共计682名,为煤炭行业输送了大批高层管理及高级工程技术人才,为我国经济建设和煤炭工业的发展做出了突出贡献。

There are currently 39 doctoral advisors. They are experts for national safety production, chief experts of national "653" project, national coal mine engineering experts and academic leaders, forming a well-structured academic group. The research work are mainly focused on mine mining theory and technology, surface mining theory and technology, mine pressure and ground control, mine safety and disaster prevention and control, mine environmental engineering and mineral resources processing and utilization. The studies in prevention and control of mine dynamic disasters, surface mining and mine fire prevention and control have special outstanding advantages and distinctive features. In the past 5 years, over 21 national scientific research projects including the National Science and Technology Research Project, the National Natural Science Foundation, the “863 Program” and the “973 Program”, have been accomplished. 2 national second prizes for scientific and technological progress, 1 second prize for national teaching achievements, 23 provincial level awards for scientific and technological progress, and 6 awards for Liaoning Province teaching achievements have been awarded.

二、培养目标(Objectives)

本学科把立德树人作为博士研究生教育的根本任务,瞄准国内、外矿业发展前沿,以矿产资源安全绿色开发与洁净利用为主要研究内容,重点服务于矿井开采理论及技术、露天开采理论与技术、矿山压力与岩层控制、矿山安全与灾害防控、矿山环境工程和矿物资源加工与利用等领域,培养德智体美全面发展、具备较强的批判性思维和创新性思维、具有国际视野和家国情怀的高层次复合型人才和高级管理者。

This subject regards cultivating people withhighmoralvaluesas the fundamental task of doctoral education, aiming at the frontier of mining development worldwide, focusing on the safe development of green resources and clean utilization of mineral resources, serving the academic areas in mining theory and technology, surface mining theory and technology, mine pressure and ground control, mine safety and disaster prevention and control, mine environmental engineering and mineral resource processing and utilization. We cultivate high-level compound talents and senior managers with a comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, beauty, strong critical and innovative thinking and an international perspective.

三、培养要求(Requirements)

(1)思想品德素质:坚持正确政治方向,拥护中国共产党的领导,热爱祖国和人民,树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观;遵纪守法、品行端正、诚实守信,具有良好的职业道德和奉献精神,具有强烈的事业心和创新精神;恪守学术道德,崇尚学术诚信,热爱科学研究,具有严谨的科研作风和锲而不舍的钻研精神。

Ideological and moral quality: Adhere to the correct political direction, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland and the people, establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook, values; obey the law, behave well, be honest and trustworthy, have good professional ethics and dedication, with strong professionalism and innovative spirit; abide by academic ethics, advocate academic integrity, and love scientific research, with a rigorous research style and perseverance.

(2)业务知识结构:适应科技进步和社会经济发展的需要,掌握矿业工程学科领域坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专门知识,深入了解矿业工程学科国内外研究发展现状和态势,能利用先进技术方法和现代技术手段解决矿业工程学科科学问题及技术难题并具有创新性。

Knowledge structure: adapt to the needs of scientific and technological progress and social and economic development, master the solid and broad basic theories and systematic in-depth expertise in the field of mining engineering, and gain an in-depth understanding of the status and situation of research and development worldwide in mining engineering disciplines, and can use advanced technology methods and modern technology means to solve the scientific problems and technical problems of mining engineering disciplines creatively.

(3)基本能力素质:掌握至少一门外国语。能熟练地阅读矿业工程学科的外文资料,具有较强写作和翻译能力,具备瞄准国际学术前沿开展国际学术研究和学术交流能力;掌握至少一种计算机语言及编程方法,能熟练应用矿业工程领域高级分析软件的能力。

Basic ability: Master at least one foreign language. Proficiency in reading foreign language materials in mining engineering disciplines, with strong writing and translation skills, capable of international academic research and academic communication at the forefront of international academics; master at least one computer language and programming method, capable of applying advanced analyzing software in mining engineering.

五、学制与学习年限(Program duration)

学制3年,学习年限3~5年,其中硕博连读研究生学制为5年,一般学习年限不超过6年。

3 years of schooling with 3 to 5 years duration. Program duration for a M.S.-Ph.D. degree is 5 years. A general study period is no more than 6 years.

六、培养方式与方法(Modes and Methods)

博士研究生的培养主要采取课程学习、科学研究、学术交流和社会实践相结合的方式,实行导师负责制或以导师为主的指导小组制。导师(组)负责根据培养方案的要求制订和调整博士生个人学习计划,组织参与研究生的开题、中期考核、预答辩、答辩等各个环节,指导科学研究和学位论文撰写等。实施多主体协同育人机制,校企联盟,深入推进产学研联合培养、多学科交叉融合培养,组建跨学科教学团队。

The training of doctoral students mainly adopts the combination of course study, scientific research, academic exchange and social practice, and implements the advisor responsibility system or the advisor-oriented guidance group system. The advisor (group) is responsible for formulating and adjusting the individual study plan for doctoral students according to the requirements of the training program, organizing participation in the graduate's proposal, mid-term assessment, pre-defense and defense, guiding scientific research and writing thesis. Implement multi-agent collaborative education mechanism, school-enterprise alliance, deepen the joint training of production, education and research, multi-disciplinary cross-integration training, and establish an interdisciplinary teaching team.
